An evening drinks event is being run in conjunction with the Financial Times and Mergermarket and co-hosted with international law firm, Hogan Lovells. It will take place on Wednesday 9 October starting at 6.00 pm at Hogan Lovells’ central London offices in Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG.
The evening will be divided into the following:
- A formal discussion covering the outlook for the global mergers & acquisitions market, which will be based on a research report sponsored by Hogan Lovells in conjunction with the Financial Times and Mergermarket.
- An opportunity to meet one-to-one over a drink with advisors from the 31 Globalscope member firms (see www.globalscopepartners.com), who will be appropriately briefed to talk about overseas businesses that may be acquisitive.
